As most of the applications are free and some needs to be paid, in order to purchase the applications the first step is to link credit card to Play Store. Here are the steps to link the credit card to the play store:

  • Open Play Store
  • Tap on Menu button
  • From the list tap on My Account
  • Tap Add credit card or debit card.
  • Insert the details and tap OK. You are done!

The most important tip is that always protect your Play Store account on store by a password. This tip is extremely useful  if a device has multiple users in order to restrict the extra downloads on your Smart device as some applications cost to download and will also be restricted.

In order to insert password on play store follow the following steps:
  • Open Play Store
  • Tap on Menu button
  • From the list tap on Settings
  • Select Password and then insert your desired password.
  • Tap OK and you are done!

For this you will have to open PLAY STORE application and then swipe to right on the screen and then tap on REDEEM and just enter your code and again tap on REDEEM.

Another useful trick is that you should know about all purchases and downloads on the Google Android  play store. Make all your orders and visit PLAY STORE and click on GEAR icon and then on MY ORDER.

  • Tap on Gear Button
  • Tap My Order

You will have the list of all your purchases and downloads of the past on the play store.

Hence by default Play Store will automatically update all your Android apps if there is a new version available.
